Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position involves conducting thorough quality audits and analyzing data.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive quality audits of campaign finance disclosure reports.
Document audit findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in implementing preventive measures.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements through regular internal audits and inspections.

Skills:

Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records of inspections and audit findings.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, elected officials and their campaign staff as well as fellow state employees. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our commitment to excellence through rigorous auditing and continuous process improvements.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually, plus the State of Tennessee Benefits Package.
